North Idaho Central Vacuum ("we," "us," or
"our") operates the website noidcentralvac.com (the
"Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect,
how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including how our cookie
banner lets you allow or reject non-essential cookies.

using the Site, and where required by law by making a selection in our cookie
banner, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree,

YouTube (embedded video)
Some
pages contain videos hosted by YouTube (Google LLC). When you allow video and a
player loads, YouTube may receive your IP address and set cookies. We use

use information
We
use the information above to respond to inquiries and provide requested
products, services, or information; to operate, secure, and improve the Site;

Everyone
can accept or reject non-essential cookies in our banner, reopen "Cookie

above, and contact us to access, correct, or delete information we hold

categories we collect are identifiers (including IP address) and
internet/electronic activity, as described above. You may use an authorized
agent to submit a request.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Our
legal bases are your consent (for analytics and embedded-video cookies),
our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site), and compliance
with legal obligations. You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object
to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time, and may
complain to your local supervisory authority. Data transferred outside the
EEA/UK is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual
Clauses.
8. Data
retention
We
keep information you provide only as long as needed to respond and for
legitimate business and legal record-keeping. Analytics data is retained per
our Google Analytics configuration (14 months).
9.
Security
We
use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including
encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is
completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy
The
Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information,
contact us and we will delete it.
